6.7 Ford Powerstroke engines
Asheville Engine is currently building stripped long block 6.7 Ford Powerstroke diesel engines for 2015-2019 trucks.
We also have 2011-2019 enhanced LONG BLOCKS and 2011-2014 COMPLETE Ford OEM 6.7 Powerstroke diesel engines. At most times we have several IN STOCK. When we don’t, it could take a few weeks before we can fill the order.
Depending upon year and model, complete engines may not be available. In that case, a long block will need to be purchased and additional parts will need to be added at your local shop.

Description
Asheville Engine is currently remanufacturing 6.7 stripped long block engines for 2011-2019 trucks.
- Remanufactured with new parts.
- Welded the crank gear to prevent spinning
- ARP heads studs to every stripped long block.
- Built in-house. No covers, no oil pan, no pumps, oil filter, etc.Â
- INSTALLATION NOTE: The installer needs to swap the Toner Ring from the old engine to the new one.
2020+ long blocks converted to fit 2011-2019 trucks.
The advantage to installing a 2020-24 long block in the older trucks is that you get the steel pistons and all of the other upgrades that Ford did over the years to make these engines more reliable. These are NEW engines from the Ford Motor Company that include all of the modifications to retro fit the new engines into the 2011-2019 trucks. Does not include fuel system components or turbo.
- Includes new SPE oil filter housing with CAT oil filter
- 2011-16 Camshaft and Crankshaft sensors installed
- Pigtail adapter for Cam sensor
- 2011-16 Toner ring installed

- water pump and thermostats
- Exhaust manifolds
2020-2025 Long Block
Same as engine above. Direct replacement for your 2020-25 engine. Does not include fuel system components or turbo.
Complete 2011-14 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke engine
Built to stock specifications. Running complete engine with all fuel system components, and turbo. The complete does not include some add-on parts such as the power strearing pump and A/C compressor. Those parts can be transferred from the old engine. With some assembly, it will be ready to install.
