6.4 Ford remanufactured Powerstroke engines.

Asheville Engine is now offering reman 6.4 Powerstroke short blocks and long blocks built in house. These engines are assembled with polished and OEM balanced cranks, new lifters, pistons and rings, new main bearings, rod bearings, reman rods, and cam bearings. All engines will come with a 12 month limited parts warranty with the exception of a race built engines.

What should you do when installing short block or long block 6.4 Powerstroke engines?

* When installing a 6.4 short block or a long block, we highly recommend that you also replace the entire fuel system.  The 6.4 Ford Powerstroke engines are well known to have fuel system issues so it’s in your best interest to do this. Engine failures due to galled or melted pistons due to fuel system issues in our in-house builds are not covered under our warranty, as we do not install any fuel system components.

Ford OEM short blocks, long blocks and complete 6.4 Powerstroke engines. 

All of the 6.4 Ford OEM remanufactured Powerstroke engines that we sell are warranted at any Ford dealership nationwide or at the original installer’s shop.

Ford OEM Short blocks include cylinder head gaskets, front cover, front seal, fuel filters, fuel pump to fuel rail tubes, oil filter and base, oil cooler, oil pan and pick up tube, oil pump assembly, rear cover and rear seal.

Ford OEM Long Blocks come with everything that the OEM short block comes with.  the 6.4 Ford Powerstroke engines also have cylinder heads, lifting eyes, push rods, rocker carriers, vibration dampener and water pump assembly.  The fuel pump to fuel rail tubes, fuel filters, crankshaft and camshaft sensors and thermostats are also included.

Ford OEM Stripped Long Blocks DO NOT INCLUDE fuel pump to fuel rail tubes, injector to fuel rail tubes, fuel filters, crankshaft and camshaft sensors or thermostats.  Warranted by the Ford Motor Company at any Ford dealership nationwide.
