The Parts and Labor warranties cover parts and labor for warranty repair at any shop of your choosing. It is provided by North American Auto Care, the most highly rated aftermarket warranty company in the U.S.
Complete engines come with a 2 year Nationwide Parts and Labor Warranty at no extra charge.

Covers the Core engine and the reusable shipping crate. Missing engine parts or parts that are unusable may be deducted from the core charge.

Driven DBR 15w40 Diesel Break-in Oil. 1 case/4 gallons

“PERFORMANCE PLUS”  For those who want to crank it up a bit. * This is a MUST for people who are running a high RPM tune.

Built the same as the “Daily Driver / Tow Master’ with high rev valve springs and Manton 4130 Chromoly pushrods added.  The cylinder heads in the 6.0 Powerstroke Performance Plus engine also have a special high flow valve job to increase airflow through the cylinder heads.  This engine is built for people who are running a “high rev” tune.

Description:  Engine block and cylinder heads have been magnafluxed and pressure tested, then all of the proper machining has been done.

Cylinder heads have new valve guides, new valve seals and all new High Rev HD valve springs. They also have O-rings added to help prevent head gasket failure, and a special competition valve job to increase airflow through the cylinder heads.
The 6.0 Powerstroke Performance Plus includes a Stage 2 camshaft. – An Asheville Engine Stage 2 camshaft is manufactured to our own specifications. It provides a smoother transition and less stress for the valves, spools the turbo quicker, lowers the EGT’s, improves fuel efficiency, and adds 45 to 50 additional Horsepower.
