Repair & Replacement Warranty
12 MONTH LIMITED REPAIR & REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Asheville Engine Inc. d/b/a Asheville Engine Rebuilders, P.O. Box 40, Alexander, NC 28701 (herein referred to as Asheville Engine) warrants to the original customer named in the sales invoice (Customer) that the remanufactured short block or long block assembly described in the invoice (Engine) will be free from defects, malfunctions or failures arising out of ordinary use when installed and maintained according to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, on the terms and conditions of our Repair & Replacement Warranty.
In the unlikely event of failure, Asheville Engine will, for a period of twelve months from the date of delivery for non-commercial applications and at it’s option, repair or replace the Long Block Assembly. Please note: Commercial applications are limited to 50,000 miles. Asheville Engine’s sole and exclusive obligation under this Repair & Replacement Warranty is limited to, at Asheville Engine’s option, repair or replacement of the defective parts.

WHAT ASHEVILLE ENGINE WILL DO:
ASHEVILLE ENGINE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Warranty Claims: Please contact us at the earliest convenience by calling (828) 775-0450 Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. If it is determined by Asheville Engine that there may be a legitimate warranty claim, you may be asked to submit your claim in writing to: [email protected] or to Asheville Engine, Inc. P.O. Box 40, Alexander NC 28701. In most cases, warranty issues can be resolved quickly and on site. However, in some cases, and at Asheville Engine’s option, we may require the return of the long block assembly for inspection and testing. Core Return:The core, your old long block assembly, must be returned for credit. No holes in the block or missing parts. Missing parts, damaged crankshaft, camshaft, heads, or blocks may be deducted from the core charge.
